The prophet Malachi teaches us that Jesus is the Angel of the Lord who comes to His Temple in order to Atone for the sins of men and save.  He also Purifies the Sons of Levi, namely, Purifies the Public Ministry of the Gospel, in order to communicate to men the Saving Fruits of His Passion, fulfilling His Priestly Office for us.  Malachi 3:1-4.

The prophet Zechariah prophesies concerning Jesus and His Kingly Office.  Jesus is a King who is truly a Public Servant because He suffers in behalf of His people so they don’t have to suffer for their sins.  Jesus communicates this Blessing of the Salvation of the Crossto the people through the Gospel wherein He speaks Peace to the Nations because their sins are forgiven by His Passion.  Zechariah 9:9-10.

Finally, the prophet Isaiah prophesies that Jesus would be the Servant of all men, Jew and Gentile, because He presses His Almighty Power into their Salvation through His Passion, making Him the God’s Light and Salvation to all nations.  Isaiah 49:6.
